I didnβt touch grass today. Was supposed to go out, but my depression had fatigued me so badly, that I conked out immediately as soon as I laid on the couch for a moment of rest. I was having a political and philosophical conversation with the roommate before. I think that used all my spoons.

Having BPD sucks. Functioning people just learn to move on, but something that happened a decade ago for me⦠feels like it happened to me yesterday, and so all those horrendous feelings I felt at that moment in time, are felt right the fuck now.
