my anger then and now wasn't just directed at ableism because intersectionalism is paramount to advocacy for any cause. my disability made me easier to dismiss, though. i was "tired" and "needed a nap."

and, yes, my workplace was more interested in not making the message board posters angry than making sure one of their three full-timers felt at all comfortable in their working environment because one of those things would take a lot more effort
