Here's something I don't see very often (as in I have 6 photos of this happening between 2006 and 2024). I guess that's good given how much I'd have to spend on suet. (Taken through the glass door because pileated #woodpeckers are very skittish & bolt at the slightest sound.)

Cool! Yeah, no. I've never seen one at my suet blocks. Agree it would be both good and bad to have them as regulars!
