I wouldnt do this often, but that *is* what the SCJs are *supposed* to do. Call balls and strikes. Send bad laws back to Congress for revision. Unfortunately, they seem to just flip between activist judging and straight constitutional review on a whim that seems to benefit conservatives, always.
