Yeah that’s a fair complaint. I’m seeing how far i cant get with paying my staff living wages and heavily subsidising treatment through other means. I just like resource management. Lmao.

Oh yeah I totally get it, it was just a weird ideological quirk for me that stopped me getting into it. If there was a public-funded hospital version where you had to return the best care for the budget you were provided I'd be into it.
