I’m sure others have said this but it’s important to point out that the lives of the 7 aid workers who were murdered by Israel are no more important than the more than 30000 Palestinian lives who have also been taken. The difference in the public response to this is telling.

I can’t help but think of how we didn’t take COVID seriously until the NBA took it seriously and Tom Cruise got it. Here, it seems that the response is more to the celebrity chef and his reach than the fact that it was aid workers who were bombed (in my opinion).

WCK workers probably don't support October 7th three-fourths of the time. That also might play something of a role.
