Same thing. Get the trifecta, pass electoral reform (overturning Citizens United, passing the National Right to Vote Act, outlawing partisan gerrymandering, reapportionment of the House, etc.) then expanding the Court to 13 to cement the reforms by rendering RW SCOTUS unable to strike them down.

Absent the electoral reforms, the door is still open to the GOP retaking power with a minority of the electorate, further expanding the court, and striking down what they like. Electoral reforms make minority rule impossible, locking in a new and far more democratic status quo. That's the end game.
