Oh modern guy...have you heard of the opoid challenges, the social media mass injuries, a range of environemental liability and so on? ....plenty of examples, why good regulation is needed. PS. watch some decent movies--history repeats itself if lessons not learnt.

As a lawyer who worked in mass tort cases resulting from unsafe products, I would agree. Remember asbestos industry was unregulated, yet knowingly churned out unsafe. Old movies like Civil Action, The Insider, Erin Brockovich.. provide good examples why regulations and oversight needed.

Inspiring to see aid support still reaching Gaza from NZ. FIANZ met targets for providing mattresses, blankets, and milk, now delivering a round of food parcels and closing in on that goal too. Efforts ongoing. Every donation goes directly to Gaza. Together, we’re making a big difference.

I represented a trust in the US set up to resole such claims individually. I oversawthe resolution of a multitude of claims through effective alternative dispute resolution. It ensured timely and fair outcomes for all claimants. #ADR #EffectiveResolution 2/4

Resolving past claims can be streamlined and efficient. I know b/c I've been involved in one before in a far bigger claims case. This claimant group is finite, and delays only prolong their hardships! #ClaimsResolution #Efficiency

At least 3 years... have had 2 student teachers a year for 6 years straight, until I said I needed a break, I agree those who had lived experience either before going to uni or had returned were, for the most part, far more effective and patient with the kids.
