I have a new iron and a pile of half-finished stuff that needs pressing before the next steps. ... and a much better sense of the kinds of garments that look good on me (and at least partly why. (the first dresses I made look like hospital gowns 🤣)

So I'm excited to make things and my brain is beginning to cooperate meaningfully. .. and I'm starting with the mending/in-progress pile (but no ironing on hot days). oh. And I need to get some new patterns printed at the local print shop. (they have a plotter, it is wonderful but expensive)
