ooh thank you!! do you think leave the edges raw or fold them in before sewing? And like the breadboard, do you just leave it in until you sew the final edge and slide it out then, or am I missing something?

i've done both with the edges in the past - depends how neat/scrappy you want them. as for the bread board - i've folded the jacket/whatever over it with the patch in place, and then used the clips to hold everything tight in position
