We're running it at 320 km/h. At 260 km/h, trains are slowed by 2.5 minutes, but the majority of this slowdown is dead letter (the trains would be on dedicated tracks in a shared ROW). We didn't look at the bypass in that much detail. It looks like a 3-minute saving, of which 1 is Wilmington dwell.
