The national conservative conception of minorities is "we don't mind them if they a) act exactly like we want them to and b) make us feel better about ourselves." In Israel, the best exemplar of this attitude is Miri Regev with her demand Arabs write about traditional society, not civil rights.

If you ask Ben-Gvir and Smotrich what they're against, they'll say "Arabs" (or maybe "terrorists," by which they mean Arabs rather than Baruch Goldstein). If you ask Regev and other Likudniks, they'll say "the left." In this schema, Project 2025 is Bibist, not Kahanist.
