All these years on and people still out here thinking that epistemic pluralism— the idea that "there may be multiple right answers"— necessitates epistemic relativism— the idea that "all answers are equally correct". But it doesn't.

I worked with a student forensic anthropologist at Bodies The Exhibition. He shared so many great facts with me. We had a (presumably) male body where the musculature and skeleton were separated. But the pelvis had a wide subpubic angle. I used to love asking people to try to sex the body

I assumed if you’re handing out X/10 ratings you’ve got some sort of criteria and I’m curious about it. If it’s personal desirability that’s interesting to me. If it’s anything else I’m curious about that too.

It’s funny 100 people does not phase me 1-5 does not phase me 5-20 is my weird anxiety spot. I think that’s where it’s enough people that I’m like oh this is more than just a conversation and not enough to feel like just a mass of people.

I moved two weeks ago and everything is still mostly chaos, but I got the guest room/my home office set up and looking cozy. The art is new, but it’s pretty much exactly what I was envisioning for the guest room before I moved.
