Feeling very weird after the osteopath yesterday and have a fresh respect for how the horses feel after a treatment. Feeling expectedly sore (well, mildly-moderately) so I'm hoping everything settles over the next couple of days and I may start to feel some changes then. Can only be positive 🤞
