The main condition to end the strikes is going to be money (and we’ve not seen the DDRB proposals for this year yet), and I think he’s ruled that out. Bigger issue is the plan to reduce waiting lists involves doing overtime, which people are already doing lots of to keep the service afloat.

Yep. Saw that this week with various visits; plus family members involved. It's going so be so complex to solve. But sitting down with BMA is one step more than previous.
