The stance of the sclerotic Democratic leadership that "a strong Republican Party is important" is deeply unserious and is one of the most directly controlled opposition type rhetoric they use consistently across congressional and DNC types.

The insistence on a *strong* GOP specifically makes it sound like an outright call to vote Republican. You know, can't have a *strong* GOP without people electing them into office, thanks Pelosi, folks are sure to heed your advice on this! ...Of course "Dems want to lose" is everyone's takeaway.
