I've never felt comfortable with the idea of texting my therapist, but maybe that's just because he never invited me to, and I am that kind of neurodivergent who needs the invitation

I don't text/email/call anyone while they're on vacation. Unless we're both on vacation and we're communicating about vacationing things. Literally, someone would have to be in a hospital or something on fire.

my therapist said “you can text me!” so much that i started to feel bad not texting her. but i don’t want to text her problems and shit so i will only text her one of my rare wins, like once every six weeks, and it’s all i can do to not scream, “is this what you want‽” sometimes i miss landlines.
