I could use a CBT marathon session. I'm so good at recognizing cognitive distortions now but it took a year. I can't expect this attachment shit to resolve itself in a three week period when I'm not even in therapy because my therapist is on vacation the whole time. I am impatient

All the things that happened to me while my therapist was on vacation: I decided to do a DNA test & find my birth parents. My dad had to have surgery for a hematoma bc he fell and cracked his skull. My mom got diagnosed with basal carcinoma and needs Moh's surgery. And we have another abortion case.
