There isn’t a constitutional mechanism to use, constitution is on Kamala’s side in this case. The political problem Kamala has is she’s a court politician, and her court is unpopular. Pritzkers the only feasible replacement cuz he’s got the money, but he doesn’t seem interested in hard ball.

The Democrats can pick whoever they want as their candidate at their convention. The Constitution has has no oversight over political parties.
