I would be very happy if part of Donald Trump's sentence in New York was requiring him to make a public reading, without edits, of today's 31 page decision for the disbarment of former Mayor Rudy Giuliani, which debunks most of FPOTUS's claims of election fraud in 2020.

And now, if you listen to his rallies, he spends half his time there selling fossil fuel interests. They reminded him who's the real boss in USA and unleashed their power grab agenda. Look at the decision, it's not an immediate free pass.

They refused to hear his election cases. "His" judges dropped his lawsuit. Then there was the attempted coup. And then McConnell dropped it and said it was up to the court to decide.

I don't know. I still believe that it's not his Supreme Court. I believe that Trump thought that he gained enough grip and power over the party to get them in his pocket. Because he managed to sideline McConnell. After the elections they reminded him who was the boss.

The truth is that he.can't. Because the decision is crafted in such a way that it's at the discretion of the Supreme Court to decide if the immunity applies or not. Biden and Trump could commit the exact same crime and enjoy a different outcome.

Biden should just change the Constitution and put it there, that no one is above the law, Including the President. And then he should fire all the justices and open the positions to the popular vote and change the way it works. Does he have that power, now ?
