There's not a soul out here without skeletons. Even you have them, just probably not the same ones. We have to stop idolizing people. There are no gods, American or otherwise. (This is not a defense of Gaiman. I know how people are online.)

💯 I never assume people arent capable of doing bad things. I don't think enjoying art made by fallible humans makes us bad people, it means we try to make the world a better place so things like this are less likely to happen, and that's systemic, not just about cancelling guys when it happens.

I think there is a rather large chasm between "seeing people as worthy of worshiping unquestioningly" and "is there a single person I admire who wouldn't rape someone if they had enough power to get away with it?" tho.
