Many people have told me, "You haven't had eggplant the way I make it!!!!". Actually, yes, I have. And it still tastes like overspiced foam insulation to me. Don't waste the effort on me, I'm good.

It’s passable in a veggie lasagna, but that’s because you can’t really taste it at all… The rest of the time it tastes like a Switch cartridge with the texture of a well-used kitchen sponge. That pretty purple is aposematic, people!
