I use Siril for stacking, then GraXpert to remove the background gradient and minimize the noise. I then put it back in Siril for photometric calibration and stretching, and do final touchups in GIMP.

Thank you for sharing. I will give it a try. I’m still figuring out processing. Even though I’ve been collecting photons for years.
