They knew they were all gonna go down in Georgia-so they crafted a decision that hamstrings the overthrowing the election charge at state levels. Most of the plotting happened at several meetings in Nov/Dec.So the “plans” with Eastman, Cippolini, Barr, Meadows, Guliani, Powell etc cant be evidence

I think it's very dangerous to call these "decisions" or "rulings" instead of crimes, abuses, etc., and to grant them any legitimacy whatsoever. Neither SCOTUS nor anyone else has the right to create a king or a state of exception or shield of immunity for serious crimes. We can't concede that.

This is bullshit law. When a crime involves an official, like a lawyer, all protection of client privilege goes out the window. (A) crime. Exempts all executive privilege* this scrotum is rewriting common law.
