assuming that opinion remains unchanged, the case is going to be dismissed as improvidently granted--which is good!--but I am confused as to how this happened lawl
So, improvidently granted means they were the ones who granted it improvidently? It does seem like a cop-out opinion of course, but good news is good news in preparation for their anointing of King Trump the Impervious
My understanding is that the number of votes to hear a case is surprisingly low (only 3 or 4), meaning the wingnuts are enough to get even ridiculous stuff on the docket. The presidential immunity case should never have been entertained either, but here we are.
