At least now we can put to bed any arguments about whether liberal justices should retire because if Trump wins he's just going to disappear them all anyway and it's a 9-0 rubberstamp court forever

He won’t disappear them. Maintaining a rump, disempowered opposition is useful. He’ll disappear the conservative that rules against him. The first 5-4 decision that goes against him will be bad not for the liberal justice, but the conservative one.
