Is Hush performing plastic surgery on Killer Croc so he'll kidnap a kid for ransom money that Catwoman will steal to give to Poison Ivy so she'll run away to Metropolis so Bruce Wayne will run into Tommy Elliott there so they can be friends again but then he fakes his death — okay it's nonsensical.

I was pretty young when it came out even then I was annoyed by how cheap the reveal of Hush being Bruce Wayne's previously unmonitored best friend who was 'killed' like three issues after he was introduced.
