However, I recognise that some List MPs would have collected some votes that make up the party total BUT they still would not be in Parliament if the party hadn’t got enough party votes for them to be there.

My opinion, for what it’s worth, is that an MP who is in Parliament thanks to their party’s share of the vote should not be able to leave that party and be an independent MP. The party gained that vote.

Whoop! My HbA1c (measured for my Type 2 Diabetes) has dropped another 6 points to 59! I haven’t had these numbers for a couple of years. My GP is very excited.

Honestly, he’s never lived it down. Mum and Dad eventually turned the space into a massive living room and Dad built a standalone garage that was big enough for this stupid car.
