I researched this once and there are detailed guides online that talk about the different "highs" DXM can induce, based on dosage. Sounds pretty terrifying on the high end, k hole shit. (Might make a nice gift for everyone's favorite social media website owner.)

one of those guides is my favorite /most horrifying drug enthusiast website! dxm is now rxed in combination w bupropion for treatment resistant depression & i reluctantly acknowledge that it’s been a good option for a lot of people. they do feel pretty weird the first week tho due to the dxm.
