Blessings on all of them! This a scary, scary shiite, and people should know about it. I don't want the freaks at Opus Dei running our government. I especially don't want Politicized Catholics running our government. Their values are... extremely problematic.

We got a really good sleeper, but I hear it's handed out randomly. The only 2 things I learned is that just like grownups, if you exercise 'em during the day, they sleep better at night. And we got permission from the baby vet to put a Tbsp. of heavy cream in his bottle last thing, to keep him full.

And that same response and moving on is available to anyone who wants to take it. I don't often subscribe to conspiracy thinking, but Biden threatens a lot of heavy entities: Oil companies, big polluters, VC's, Big banks, abusive employers. There are lots of folks eager to get him out of the way.

I feel you and I think this is all accurate. If we can get Biden re-elected, there's a real possibility to tax/shame/monkeywrench some of the biggest exploiters out of what they're doing, like billionaires, AI, and crypto people. That will definitely get us closer to the 5+% goal.

US economy added 206,000 new jobs in June! To put that in perspective, average monthly job creation in the supposedly great 2017-2019 economy (during the Trump presidency pre-COVID) was 181,000. The recession many predicted, and some have been hoping for, keeps not happening.

Politely disagree. The main "disruption" will be people making and building different things, changing up how they get around, etc. There will also have to be a lot more resistance to obstruction from utilities, gas companies, etc.

This is an echo (or recapitulation) of a startling fact about oil and gas fuels in general: a significant percentage of the planet's oil and gas usage comes from shipping oil and gas around the globe. As we stop using these fuels, we get double points back!
