Explain why a creep like Latimer with an oppo history a mile long is winning a closed primary against a well-funded incumbent, unless that incumbent is, in fact, bad at this. From what folks on Bluesky have shown me beating Latimer should be a layup and its not like Bowman lacks funds either.
