I'll try, but who knows? It's a complex system, thunderstorms on the horizon, yesterday the dog got skunked, who knows what today will bring, but I have my direction. Focus on the direction.

Also on the plan, deliberately, care for the system of me - not a luxury, but an investment for tumultuous times. I will exercise. I will drink lots of water. I will read for pleasure and for new ideas. I will cook a simple dinner and eat it with my husband on the porch.
