I want more folks to know about libro.fm as an alternative to Audible or Spotify or other shady corps.
It’s 100% employee-owned and works like Audible, except your credits support an indie bookstore of your choosing instead of Amazon.

I've been with Audible since long before it was Amazon, or shady. If libro.fm really does replace it, I will gladly give up my subscription.

Thanks for sharing. I so rarely listen to audiobooks I just can't have an Audible subscription, as there is no way to be a member w/out the monthly fee. So this is perfect! Pay as you go.
