Have you seen nectar dots? They look like gatorade bottle caps with a hole. The same idea will work if you have something shallow with a top and can poke a couple holes with a nail. They will eat jelly from a little dish--get orioles too. I do have an extra new one I could send your way. Also this:

Ahhhh. I thought I was responding to the other thread about Northern Flickers lol. I think Wood Thrushes are multi-dimensional. Though in some places they come out to hang in this world for some reason, like a spot in northern NJ I used to frequent.

Yes! I started on the east coast, then moved to the west, so i've been lucky to see both at home. Spots and barring together. I think they have the same designer as the kestrel.

Just returned from The Biggest Week in Birding at the Black Swamp Observatory. It was my first time there, and it was amazing. Met some wonderful people and saw some beautiful birds, like this little owl. Definitely going back next year. ๐Ÿชถ
