I just heard that the actor William Russell has died at the age of 99. The first male companion in Doctor Who and he reappeared in Jodie Whittaker's final episode. Rock solid support when Bill Hartnell struggled and he made Ian one of the best of the companions. RIP William Russell Enoch.

Oh goody. Neuralgia from traumatic nerve damage is back, it's the opthalmic branch of the trigeminal nerve. Not sure what's triggered it after a years-long break. Stress maybe? Anyone have any advice to deal with it?
