as someone who sat through it in both languages, yeah. It's so bad that Galaxy Force actively detached itself from the other two shows just to avoid being associated with Superlink.

There are tons of interesting Mecha TTRPGs on itch.io, and LancerRPG is a very common recommendation if you don't mind learning a whole new system.
If you wanna stick to the framework of D&D, there's Gundam5e.
or if you're completely out of your gourd and want to be cruel to your players, AdEVA

MEGAS XLR would be such a fantastic choice for an SRW involving time travel. Jumping back and forth between a hopeful Present and a bleak Future, the MEGAS Prototype could be the reason the main crew can take the fight to the future to save the present.

for all of the MEGAS XLR fans out there, Someone out in the LEGO community has built a Lego MEGAS, Glorft Mech, and Mecha MEGAS from "Dude, Where's my Head?". The instructions for all three are free to download and come with a full parts-list to buy off Bricklink!

I hope you like absurd comedy, because the Hildibrand quests are absurd and very comedic. Nashu's quickly become one of my favorite sidequest characters and you'll pretty quickly figure out why.

Naw. this is normal, even in a lot of retailers in the USA. It's just Retailers getting stuck with a bunch of shelf-warmers and being unable to put new stock in because the old stock is in the way.

iunno, as someone who likes the body but dislikes the head, maybe this'll get me into this mold.

One of the greatest fakeouts in Anime Advertising. They did not reveal a goddamn thing about Bravern itself, only the Real Robot stuff until the day it aired.

No matter the core robot, the resulting Super Mechanoid is always PEAK.

That sounds frustrating. It sounds like they wanted something more like Warhammer or Battletech, where everything is Militarized and thoroughly hopeless, where you wanted UC Gundam, where the innocent are forced to witness the horrors of war and reflect upon them to find hope in their world.

Originally, it was just the Oil Tanker for the "Reveal the Shield" figure. There's a Tanker for SG Prime and SG Magnus too. The upgrade set proved so popular that Maketoys made their own Core Robot to keep up with demand. First through a Nova Prime retool, then the Optimus you see here.

My issue is that characters like Mario, Optimus, and Garfield already have an immediately recognizable and beloved voice. Just hire their actual VAs instead of some token celebrity that sounds nothing like what we expect the character to sound like.

As much as I can appreciate this version of Laser Prime to being true to the original G2 design, my heart will always belong to the Maketoys Battle Sentinel. This thing is one of my Grail Toys and I just need to save up a bit more money to get my own.

Is this model really that fragile? I've been on the fence of whether to get this or the Super Minipla to toy around with on my office desk.

As much as I firmly believe Gaogaigar deserves a full english dub and a place on Adult Swim (Especially FINAL), the show is also a Seizure Machine and would likely require significant amounts of editing to be legal to air on US Television.

Honestly, I remember your positive reviews far more than your negative ones. Except that Superitron thing from Zeta Toys. that one lives in my head for the sheer "oof" factor.

It doesn't help that the only figures that I could find in my Retailers were the ones I didn't care about. I wanted the Deluxe Maltos, and all I could find were the Gimmick Toy Bee/Prime and the Deluxe Megatrons that refuse to go away.
I wish my retailers weren't so stingy about their stock.

Having seen a lot of images of this figure, I think I'll wait for the inevitable Slipstream redeco. The mold itself looks good, but the face bothers me. Maybe it'll do better as a Seeker?

I wouldn't be opposed to a review of SS86 Bee, just to see how different design teams handle the same character and same (or similar) alt-mode. But this desire comes not from wanting to see you bully WFC Bumper (we have PerspectiveEnd for that), but rather from comparing multiple Bees side-by-side.

I wish Bandai made reprints of the Minipla, because I'd love to get my mitts on the Gaogaigar Minipla line, but ebay and Amazon are totally dried up.
