And yet they purposely wouldn't consider the facts, the man, and the ACTUAL case before them. Instead, they are engaged in hypotheticals about future Presidents and hypothetical sham prosecutions and hypothetical timid Presidents who may hypothetically hold back bold & decisive action when needed.

And, after hearings sort out official & unofficial acts, NO EVIDENCE used to determine immune official acts can be used or mentioned to prosecute the UNOFFICIAL acts. Also, I believe the judge's determination of unofficial acts can be appealed immediately BEFORE a jury trial begins

Not a Conservative, but I understand these folks. We moved to a new district for our son's special needs. He went to one school; our daughter to the school closer to our home. I wanted them together, but oh, how I LOVED that small rural school for her grade school. Small classes, everyone knew her

This was well worth reading. Great history on the Constitution, taxation, Supreme Court tax cases from 1895, 1920, and today, the original Progressive reformer Era, and the New Deal. Always thought monied interests were fighting taxation since The New Deal, but it's been much longer. Thanks
