I'm just not sure I can agree that having a different game every day of the week is higher variety when it leads to the schedule being gridlocked and unchanging for literally months at a time, whereas now the lineup might change every other week. Oh well.

I'm not splitting hairs over a dollar, obviously, but trying to interpret audience perception sure is a thing. The new schedule finishes games faster, so you'd think that would be seen as greater game variety? We used to be stuck with one game for six months at a time.
