now we live between two freeways and itโs the same thing chasing traffic stops or stolen cars at high speeds on surface streets through neighborhoodsโฆfor what? simple property crimes

And a lot of these cities have no chase policies. Know who doesn't? CHP. So...like... ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ And lasd is operating under a different set of policies than LAPD so even if one has it... We need 1000% more accountability and oversight for cops but they've been VERY effective at stymying any and all.
