The right wing deliberately sinks their own candidates to discipline the Republican Party. They are willing to take short term losses to maintain ideological rigidity. Meanwhile, liberals dilute their "values," embracing war criminals in order to win THIS election.

Every time our movement builds up a head of steam, Democrats come up with a gimmick to hijack it and turn it into their own GOTV operation. Sometimes they use fear, as they do with abortion and Trump, and sometimes they use trained cheerleaders like AOC or Obama to divert us. Works every time.

Liberals weren't concerned with the consequences of electing Biden to office, because they were only focused on beating Trump. All they cared about was 2020, despite being warned that Biden's election would only ensure that a worse, more effective Trump would come to power. The same is true of 2024.
