How long until a good portion of the state is uninhabitable? Not only is the western US running out of water, but a lot of insurance companies won't even offer policies because of frequent and unpredictable wildfires every year. Seems unsustainable.

The DNC is happy to lose. They want to be the faux opposition that fundraises off Trump. The goal isn't to enact policies that benefit us, it's to enrich the donors, consultants, and politicians. The only reason they're worried now is because the emperor having no clothes jeopardizes fundraising.

As a result, liberals have lost (or sacrificed) everything that they claimed they were acting to protect: welfare, abortion rights, labor protections, the environment, democracy, etc. They stand for nothing. Fascism is ascendant because of liberalism's failures.

Liberals weren't concerned with the consequences of electing Biden to office, because they were only focused on beating Trump. All they cared about was 2020, despite being warned that Biden's election would only ensure that a worse, more effective Trump would come to power. The same is true of 2024.
