I was a huge Spenser: for Hire fan, so I watched the hell out of this for the short time it was on.

I was 18 and had just graduated AIT at Ft Devens, MA when they put all PCSs on hold as they kicked off the ground campaign. So I ended up as the night CQ PFCIC for 2 months. They ran CNN 24/7 in the day room until I started switching the channel to cartoons or Little Rascals reruns every night.

The old days when a TS/SCI could get you a lucrative gig are long gone. I make a shit-ton more as a corporate stooge than I did as a fresh-out-of-uniform Defense contractor. My clearance lapsed in the first place because I found a better paying job outside of DoD in the middle of my last SSBI.

I just finally built out my shadow box (after retiring 14yrs ago) and was surprised how big the rack was with nothing really on it- mostly single awards, but they're spread across Army, Joint, and I even got a couple of NAMs from when I was stationed on a Navy base. All REMF stuff, though.
