I think part of it was naming it something totally unrelated so Joe Manchin didn't notice (which, fair) but yeah, I certainly didn't appreciate what a big deal it was at the time.

Yeah. And on some level, I can appreciate that if you don’t make a huge deal out of it, maybe it won’t become a campaign issue to repeal it, and the good work will still get done, but dammit…
