I somehow have the opposite problem. I get incredibly cold easily, and feel uncomfortable unless it's warm or hot.

Same. I am extremely temperature-sensitive in both directions, but at least I can address cold conditions by putting on more clothes. Not so much with heat. (I am the opposite with water, though. I can handle warm/hot water, but cold water feels like torture.)
