Hopefully Mister Wilfred's surgery does the trick and he's not in pain. Good luck giving him his medicine tonight. We gave up with Casey after she repeatedly frothed at the mouth and held it for more than a minute before spewing it back up each night - even with four clothes pegs on her scruff.

I have half a pack of raspberry jelly crystals in the pantry. Good description. I find English muffins dry and prefer making bagels. These crumpets are made similar to pancakes but include yeast and the bubbles are a major feature. I’ll definitely make them again for a weekend breakfast.
