that right there is the worst part. If the con immediately banned this guy, that is the way to go. If the con ALLOWED it, thats gross negligence. I will never go to FWA again if their policies were to allow this

FWA and the perps could be held liable for intimidation and/or assault by letting this happen if somebody presses charges. Doesn't matter that it's a private con, it's in a public place that somebody can easily walk into. Not to mention nobody signed up to have guns pointed at them.
