Ours has learned the killer cheat code of jumping up on the last page of a book to get a new book while I'm still reading in order to extend bedtime with more books. As you might imagine I am weak against tactics aimed at continuing to read books.

Got ~fancy~ to see The Barber of Seville at Seattle Opera! "Una Voce Poco Fa" was one of my favorite arias to sing back at Vassar (for those who may not be aware, I'm classically trained in opera 🙂), and this was my first time seeing it live. And what a fantastic performance. 💜
