The last part is worrying too, "And telecommunications and technology firms that facilitate its spread should be shuttered." This sets up a situation where any service could be shut down by saying "something pornographic" was found on it, and definitely not because of any free speech issues.

I think that's an interesting point. Does something like this violate free speech? Probably. Are the courts so corrupt that it wouldn't matter? Also probably.
