They admit the trash part is skeevy, but say OTOH the house-flipping show will pay to renovate the house, so it won’t get torn down and replaced with a McMansion. The trees will live and Susan would’ve liked that. We remain unhappy about disrespect to our friend’s memory... 2/3

... but will defer rather than start a local conflict. There are essays to be written about how trees figure in Seattle politics, and about how you can die and have your story reworked and sold. 3/3

If the TV contractors do the actual design/renovations, the owners ought to have an approval of design, inspection of work clause. There are a multitude of horror stories. Do Not Trust Producers.
