It is almost time for the Calgary Stampede Parade! Each parade has a Parade Marshall and this year it is Owen Crow Shoe. I thought I would look at some of the Parade Marshals of years gone by. Astronaut James Lovell was in the parade in 1970. 📸Glenbow CU1124288 🧵1/13

He was probably happy the car didn't explode partway through the parade. But he probably would have made sure it drove the whole route if it had.
